Steven Arreguin was born and raised in the East Texas Piney Woods. His love for the outdoors started at a very young age. He spent most of his youth fishing, hunting, or playing sports with his four younger brothers. After high school he followed in his family’s footsteps when he entered the fire service nearly 20 years ago and has been faithfully serving the Nacogdoches community ever since. Steven quickly rose through the ranks and is currently a Fire Captain for the City of Nacogdoches. Even then he strived to be better for the residents he served and went on to obtain a degree in Fire Protection Technology from Weatherford College.

Steven has a deep seeded love for his home State of Texas and could not imagine living anywhere else. He is a family man with a steadfast devotion to God, his wife Kortni and their two beautiful daughters, Rylie and Karter. His love for the outdoors is still evident today as he spends most of his spare time either managing a 3,500-acre deer lease, working his cattle or fishing with his girls.

Steven found his passion for real estate during the sale of their previous home and the purchase of a ninety-four-acre farm in his hometown. He is known to be a hard-working individual with the highest of standards. He will maintain communication from the first phone call through closing to ensure a seamless experience.
