Born in Waco and a 1996 graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station, Matt is a lifelong Texan. He grew up in Wharton and the Sugar Land area southwest of Houston, and since has lived and worked all over the state from Dallas to Cuero, Texas where he now resides with his wife Amy and son Connor. Matt also has a daughter, Madison who was raised in Cuero but is now “all grown up” and living in Colorado.
Matt has spent much of his professional career working in the oil & gas industry, with twenty years experience as a professional landman specializing in petroleum lease negotiation and determining title to complex mineral estates. He has applied his vast knowledge of the land business to Real Estate with a focus on helping others achieve maximum value and satisfaction when buying or selling their farm and ranch properties. Matt is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen, The Sons of the Republic of Texas, The Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), and the Victoria Area Association of Realtors (VAAR).
