I have been a licensed agent since 2003 and have specialized in Land since 2006. I have extensive experience in working with buyers, sellers and investors and have been one of Cooke County’s top land agents. I have sold ranches in Cooke, Montague, Denton, Wise and Grayson counties. I am a native to Montague County and have lived in Cooke County for more than 25 years. My passions in life are my Faith, Family and Rural Living! I have been blessed to be married to my best friend and partner Curt Bayer and we have a beautiful daughter Madelyn Grace. Curt and I have been in the Farm and Ranching business for most of our lives and together we operate CJB Land & Cattle Company and have been in Wildlife management for more than 15 years. We currently manage more than 2165 acres and work closely with the Texas Parks and Wildlife and their MLD program. Our everyday lives evolve around agriculture and conservation. I have been able to use my years of being in the farming and ranching business along with my wildlife management experience to my clients advantage when advising them on their purchase or sale.
